Our Condition Grading Scale for Used Items

We exclusively sell pre-owned products that have been rigorously tested to ensure they are in perfect working order. While every item functions as intended, we use the following cosmetic grading criteria to help you choose the right fit.

Note: We provide detailed photos of every item; please inspect them for your personal assessment.

  • Like New: Unworn by consumers. These may have been retail display models or used for demonstrations.
  • Used – Excellent: Previously owned with minimal signs of wear. Exceptional overall condition.
  • Used – Good: Previously owned with moderate, visible signs of wear from regular use. 

What We Do Not Sell

To maintain our quality standards, we do not list items in the following conditions on our online store: Used Heavilty (heavy wear), As-Is (functionality not tested), or For Parts (non-functional).
